After months of stress and last minute adjustments, we finished another Tour house. Most importantly, our homeowners love their house and fortunately, the judges agreed. We won "Best of Show", "Best Architectural Design", "Best Interior Finish", "Best Kitchen", and "Best Landscape". Thanks to COBA for putting on another great Tour!
It was a big push to wrap the home up in time for the Tour of Homes, but we made it and are all pleased with the results. The judges agreed and Awarded Pacwest with "Best Architectural Design", "Best Feature" (Site Integration), and "Best Landscape". This weekend, July 22-24, is your last chance to see this home on the Tour of Homes. Come down and check it out before the homeowners move in next week. Thanks to all of the sub-contractors who put in the extra effort to make this home special!
Thanks to all of our homeowners who rated us and helped us win the "Best of Houzz 2016" for the highest level of satisfaction from the Houzz community. We'll keep that going and make 2016 another great year. Click on the Houzz badge on our homepage to check out our Houzz site.
Come down to Caldera Springs and check out our Tour Home this year. We won awards for Best Architectural Design, Best of Show, Best Value, Best Kitchen, Best Interior, and Best Landscape. The home turned out great and the homeowners are happy, which is the most important part!
Every Year the OCAPA puts on an awards ceremony to showcase some of the projects in Oregon that they see as exemplary of what can be done with concrete. The winner in the Single-Family Residential category this year was the Baney residence. It is a 10,000 sf single level ICF (insulated concrete form) home. Precast concrete columns are also used to support the roof around a large interior courtyard.
